Memory Care

The Generations Program at Autumn Glen is a separate and secure residence designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other memory impairments. All aspects of the physical design and daily programming promote maximum independence within a comfortable and safe environment.

The Generations Program at Autumn Glen proudly offers the following services:

• Comfortable private and semi-private apartments
• Social programs featuring failure-free activities
• The innovative S.T.A.R. Program® (Sharp Thinking Active Residents)
• Three delicious and nutritious meals served family style, in the
  Generations Country Kitchen, with snacks served throughout the day
• The Brain Gym, a unique memory strengthening program
• Daily housekeeping
• Assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  (up to 60 minutes a day)
• Assistance with self-administered medications
• Access to a secure, landscaped courtyard
• Laundering of linens and personal laundry
• All utilities, excluding telephone
• Additional care packages available
